My name is Kai. I'm very dedicated to achieving I goals I set for myself. I work great in teams because I like using people's greatest skills instead of stretching myself thin by trying to take on everything. I want my non-profit to produce more volunteers to help those in need. I can see myself running this business for a long time. I'm solving the problem of parents in Miami Dade county who need experience, and volunteering hours for their kids. They care because they want their children to have experiences worthwhile, and they also want their kids to know why it is they are going to college. I'm familiar with members of the student board in Miami Dade, and I also personally know a few principals within the county as well. This will allow me to connect with highschoolers parents
